1. Extruder: It is composed of screw, barrel, hopper, gear box and drive motor. The drive motor can be an electromagnetic speed regulating motor or a variable frequency universal motor. The motor drives the gear box through the motor belt to make the screw rotate in the drum, and the plastic material is melted by external heating and discharged from the gap of the die head.

2. The cooling device is composed of wind ring, air duct, blower and other components.

3. Electric control unit: The operating unit of the general production line is equipped with a cabinet. By pressing the main power button, the main motor switch is turned on, and the separation button controls the heaters of the screw, tee and die head. In the normal production process, the key parts of the heating ring adopt temperature thermocouples with automatic temperature control function. In addition, the temperature can be automatically controlled to ensure a stable and reliable production process.
